Yes. Request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Terms and how to request are in the Refund Policy.

Can I use these indicators on multiple accounts?+

Yes—on all accounts you personally trade. Sharing, sublicensing, or resale is not permitted.

Do the indicators work on all timeframes?+

Yes! All High Edge indicators are designed to work consistently across all timeframes, from 1-minute to daily charts. Calculations are ATR-normalized to provide consistent measurements regardless of timeframe. The primary timeframe for development and testing is 5-minute charts, but indicators perform excellently on any timeframe.

Will I receive updates?+

Yes. Purchased indicators include lifetime updates; new builds appear in your dashboard when released.

What kind of support do you provide?+

Email info@highedgepriceaction.com for install and product questions. Replies are typically within one business day (Mon–Fri, 9–5 ET). Setup and compatibility detail is on the Platforms page.

Are the indicators tested?+

Yes, all indicators undergo extensive backtesting and are used in live trading. The developer has passed 300+ prop firm evaluations and traded over 1,000 accounts. Indicators are performance-optimized (<50ms update speed), memory-efficient (<100MB per indicator), and compiled with zero warnings. However, past performance doesn't guarantee future results, and trading always involves risk.
